ABOUT ATLAS MODULAR SOLUTIONS
Atlas Modular Solutions was originally founded in the camp and commercial modular industry of Alberta, quickly becoming one of the premier installation and service companies in the industry, working on some of the largest and most challenging projects in Canada.
In 2015, Atlas Modular Solutions started a shift into the residential modular industry, installing over a dozen BC Housing projects to date. During these installations, Atlas Modular Solutions recognized that the majority of the challenges and deficiencies were directly related to the inefficiencies of wood as a structural framing material.
Atlas Modular Solutions knew there had to be a better way, so in 2021 when the decision was made to expand into manufacturing, Atlas dedicated itself to developing and constructing the highest quality, maintenance free residential, industrial and commercial modular buildings in the industry. Atlas Modular Solutions’ buildings are engineered to endure for multiple centuries fire, water, mold, pest and earthquake damage.
A BETTER FRAMING SYSTEM
BIM Modelled and Framecad CNC Printed Light-Steel Framing
The process behind traditional wood framing has not changed in almost 80 years. Lumber rots, swells, molds and warps, and has a relatively limited lifespan. A better modular building starts with better bones, so Atlas buildings are built with the Framecad light-steel framing system. Every stud of the frame is CNC printed within a tolerance of 0.5mm. Every framing section of Atlas buildings are perfectly straight, square, and plum, and have a projected lifespan of multiple centuries.
A BETTER SUPERSTRUCTURE SYSTEM

Using the iron superstructure incorporated into modules to create the entire building allows Atlas Modular Solutions, in certain seismic zones, to build up to 20 floors.
HIGH PERFORMANCE MODULAR BUILDINGS
Built to Ensure Environmental Sustainability, Longevity, Durability and Safety
Every material and product used in the construction of Atlas Modular Solutions buildings are inorganic, and are either non-combustible or certified flame-spread resistant. In the event of a wildfire or home fire, Atlas Modular Solutions buildings will not ignite or spread flames to adjacent properties. Steel structures are framed under CSA A660. Buildings are constructed under CSA A277 or CSA Z241
